As the name suggests, the Chippies Choice brand of chipping potatoes is aimed at the fish and chip shop trade.

Guaranteeing a light, golden, fluffy but firm textured chip, the brand ensures the production of the perfect chip every time. To ensure this, potatoes are selected for Chippies Choice using two key criteria - only those potatoes with a dry matter between 20.5% and 24% and which produce a fry colour of 0-1 are chosen.

Chippies Choice potatoes are available in 25kg bags and the storage, preparation and frying guidelines on the back of the bag are in Italian, Turkish, Greek, Indian (Punjabi) and Chinese.
