We are pleased to announce that MBM has acquired the business of F.W. Gedney (Monument GB Ltd).

This acquisition creates exciting growth opportunities for both businesses and for MBM to broaden it’s portfolio offering. The Management Team of F.W.Gedney including Chris, Andrew and Mark Gedney will continue to run and operate the business ensuring strong continuity of expertise and customer focus.

F.W.Gedney had net sales of over £30 million in the financial year April 2004 to March 2005 and have strong sales growth projections for the coming year, which together with MBM we hope to enhance. FW Gedney will continue with a strong infrastructure, solid history of customer satisfaction, and will dedicate their energy, professionalism and commitment for continued growth and our joint success. With continued investment for the future this will take MBM and FW Gedney to the forefront of the Fresh Produce Industry.
